Insurance Information:
Vendors please make sure that you have the following coverage.
- The Country Applefest requires that all vendors carry a General Liablity Certificate.
- The coverage amount per occurance needs to be $1,000,000 and with a $2,000,000 general aggregate.
- The Country Applefest Inc needs to be listed as "holder" or "additional insured".
- The certificate must cover the date of the festival, name of the booth holder, and have the agents signature on the certificate.
The City of Lebanon requires that we have coverage for ourselves and that we require insurance from our vendors. You may reference this in the City of Lebanon Special Events Guidebook on page 5 section B under General Information. This is usually a business certificate and can be costly if you only do one or two festivals. The Country Applefest committee is glad to offer vendors the ability to join our policy for a reasonable fee.
Food vendors: please contact the Warren County Health Department at 513-695-1228 for licensing or permit requirements for the day.
We do not allow generators!
