For crafters and food vendors only!
A committee vote can be done for artists that design their product but need assistance in the production process. These types of exceptions are by approval only.
No political, informational or direct distribution booths are permitted. We also do not allow "activity" booths ie: sand art, face painting, games, etc.
We have many people calling and stopping by to find out how to be a part of such a wonderful event.
Here's how it works:
The existing vendors are given an application for the following year the day of the festival.
They have until December 31st of that year to "save their space" ( there is no "priority placement" beyond that simple rule )
The application must be completely filled out and for a new vendor ( or on returning after an absence ) MUST include photos of your product as well as a self addressed stamped envelope to hold your place in the waiting list for placement. If you leave any of these things out it means more work for us on placing you and someone that has everything will move ahead.
A confirmation letter will be sent out as soon as you are assigned a booth.. Do not assume you have a booth if you have not received a confirmation letter!
We will not cash a check unless we have a space for you!
Location requests will be considered and placement will be dependent upon if the previous vendor has requested their same location during their grace period and reserved that space. So, if you have a space you would prefer please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best we can!
Remember the existing vendors have from the current festival until December 31st of that same year to claim their favorite location. After January 1st it is first come- first serve until the festival is full!!!

Electric vendors: It states on your Vendor Electric Request that your booth will be within 100 feet of the electric source. Please plan ahead and bring an extension cord that will reach 100 feet so that you are prepared the morning of the festival.
We do not allow generators, motor vehicles, or atvs in the festival area.
We do not allow sales from trucks, vans, or concession trailers!
We have some vendors that have found rechargeable electric stations that are acceptable to run cash registers. They basically are a large battery with electrical plug in outlets.
